My wife, 20 year old son, 24 year old daughter and I rented bikes in July and did the entire VA Creeper Trail. My wife and 13-year-old son had never biked 17 miles in one day. But they completed the Whitetop - Damascus section in just 3.5 hours, no problem. It's downhill most of the way. Stunning scenery. Even though it was very busy, the folks at Creeper Trail Bike Rental took the time to show us the location of all the water, food, and important things along the way. Staff was very friendly. We were coming from the east, so having them at Whitetop saved us over an hour vs. having to drive into Damascus first. When we rolled into town, they were there and took us back to Whitetop just as planned. Yes, we will be back!
Great bike rental and shuttle service for the Creeper Trail. It is only 2 miles from the trailhead. They efficiently handled our Cub Scout Pack without any issues.
